Aurora Borealis Art
The images were taken during the extreme solar storm on November 07, 2004.  Unfortunately I did  not have my camera settings right, therefore all images
are quite out of focus. I didn't want to throw them out, so I applied various filters in Photoshop, mainly the 'Watercolor' and Crystallize Filter', and enhanced
the images to better balance/separate the colors. The HP945 camera has a design flaw.
If one chooses the 'Manual' focus setting and sets the slider to 'Infinity', the focus is already over the ideal focus point.
The 'Manual' focus setting in low light conditions is therefore useless. It probably would have worked out, had I set her to the 'Infinity' setting option.
